Pricing

Pricing built for serious hire businesses, not bargain SaaS shopping.

Hyraventa is priced around operational value. Implementation is scoped to the complexity of your data, process, and rollout. Ongoing pricing covers the software itself, hosting, backups, support, product updates, and training appropriate to your stage.

Implementation

£5k–£20k

Based on data quality, migration effort, onboarding needs, process shaping, and any workflow tweaks required.

Platform pricing

From £1,250/mo

Discounted when paid annually. No per-user pricing model by default.

How pricing works

Hyraventa is not priced like generic low-cost SaaS. The businesses it fits best are already carrying the operational cost of fragmented systems, manual workarounds, invoicing friction, and too much knowledge living in people’s heads.

That is why pricing is split into two parts. First, an implementation fee to get the system set up properly around your operation. Second, an ongoing platform fee that covers use of the software, secure hosting, backups, support, product updates, and ongoing training support where appropriate.

We do not default to per-user pricing. For most hire businesses, that model punishes adoption and creates internal friction. Hyraventa is intended to become part of how the business runs, so pricing is based more on operational complexity than seat counting.

Commercial approach

  • Implementation scoped separately
  • Flat platform pricing, not seat-led by default
  • Annual billing rewarded with a discount
  • Plans reflect operational complexity and support level
Plans

Three levels, all designed for real operators.

The right plan depends less on headcount and more on how much operational complexity, rollout support, reporting depth, and hands-on help your business needs.

For established hire businesses that need stronger rollout support, better reporting, and a more hands-on operating partnership.

  • Everything in Launch
  • Priority support
  • Additional onboarding and training sessions
  • More tailored setup support
  • Advanced reporting guidance
  • Regular account review
  • Better fit for growing teams and more active operations

Scale

£2,750

/month

£27,500 annually

For more demanding operations with multiple teams, more assets, deeper workflow needs, or multi-site complexity.

  • Everything in Control
  • Premium rollout support
  • Deeper workflow shaping
  • More structured training capacity
  • Premium support response
  • Quarterly commercial and operational review
  • Best fit for more complex operating models

Implementation fees

£5,000 to £20,000 depending on complexity.

Simpler rollouts with clean data and straightforward operational processes sit at the lower end. More involved migrations, process refinement, integration work, and bespoke workflow adjustments move the project upward.

Most serious operators should expect the middle of the range, not the minimum.

What the platform fee covers

  • Use of the Hyraventa software
  • Secure hosting and infrastructure
  • Managed backups
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates
  • Support appropriate to your plan
  • Training and onboarding support appropriate to your plan
FAQ

A few sensible commercial answers.

These are the questions serious buyers tend to ask early.

Why no per-user pricing?

Because operational software should be adopted across the business, not rationed. Seat-based pricing often creates the wrong internal behaviour and weakens system rollout.

Can pricing change for unusual cases?

Yes. Especially where data cleanup, migration effort, operational redesign, or more involved workflow work is needed.

Is support included?

Yes. All plans include support. The level of responsiveness and hands-on assistance increases with the plan.

Do annual customers get a discount?

Yes. Annual pricing rewards longer-term commitment and makes implementation planning easier on both sides.
